RETURNS - EXCHANGES - CANCELLATIONS

Due to the personal nature of our products, most of the items we sell in-store are final sale. Only hanging lingerie and apparel items may be exchanged for another item or in-store credit with a valid receipt up to 14 days after the date of purchase.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any adult merchandise, oils, jewelry, shoes, opened hosiery/lingerie packs, or clearance items. We do put batteries in all adult toys and gag gifts to ensure they are functioning properly before purchase.

Exchanges must be in new condition, free of wear or odors, with original tags and packaging.

 We cannot accept any items that have been opened and or used. 

 

What if my order is damaged during shipping?

  In the event any of your packages are damaged during shipping, you must file a claim with the carrier upon delivery. Please note that the carrier usually requires pictures of the damaged package. 

If you receive a shipment that has exterior damage or has been opened or re-taped, a claim must be filed with the carrier at the time of delivery. Please make sure the driver notates the damage, if applicable.

In the case you need to file a claim, make sure to provide the carrier with the following:

• Pictures and documentation of the damage.
• The original cartons and packing material, are to be inspected by the carrier. (This is required by all carriers.)
• Original sales invoice for cost reimbursement.

 Once an order is placed, it CANNOT be canceled.

As soon as an order is placed, the product is separated from our standard inventory and processed the same day. Before proceeding to checkout, be sure that you are 110% sure about purchasing the product. 

What if I do not receive an item that I was charged for?
